Li-ion batteries that are used in smartphones work in wide range of allowed temperatures, but there are extremes that you should always keep in mind, especially if you live or travel in a country where climate changes are frequent and considered a normal thing.

To achieve best results we recommend to charge and discharge your smartphone in these temperature ranges:

Charge at: minimum +10°C (+50°F) maximum +30°C(+86°F)

Discharge at: minimum -20°C (-4°F) maximum +60°C (+140°F)

As it have been mentioned many times in the past, li-ion batteries are not sensitive to many things like frequent partial charge, but when it comes to draining the battery to 0, it is always a bad practice when it comes to smartphones and other portable electronics, that runs on lithium chemistry batteries.

We recommend to avoid full discharge at all times, as this reduces your battery life-span. Put your smartphone battery on charge when it reaches 10-15% (usually when your phone notifies you about low charge level). Like this you will be able to increase the life of your battery to 800-900 discharge cycles.
